Get ready to ~sleigh~ the new year. MTV just dropped the mother of all announcements - RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17 premieres January 3rd at 8pm ET/PT and this cast is prized to potentially give us our best season yet.

👸 14 queens are competing for the $200,000 prize, and let's just say the talent level is through the roof. If these new queens bring even a fraction of the charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent that their drag family members brought to the main stage before them, you’ll know where to find me every Friday evening this winter (on the couch with some popcorn).

• We’re talking stars: From Sam Star to Lucky Starzzz, who describes herself as "a venus fly trap in a room full of roses," the runway is going to be shining.
